In view of a shortage of Committee members and falling numbers which reduces income, the Committee reluctantly decided to call an EGM to decide the future of the Circle. Members, mostly by post, decided that the only option was to close the Lacemaker’s Circle from April 2012. The Member’s meeting in 2012 will be the final one and will celebrate the activities of the Circle. Further details can be found in the magazine.
