The Portland Lace Society was established in 1971, and is a chartered member of IOLI.  Monthly meetings are held the first Thursday of each month, 10:00 to noon and the Sellwood Community Center.  Dues are $20.00, running from January first.  They have an excellent newsletter published 6 times a year, called “Roseground”.
