Every year the Province of Albacete produces a list of Encuentros for the coming year. In 2014 they list 18 meetings, of which the one in the capital city of Albacete is the first.  Unfortunately there isn’t much more information, although I do see records of past meetings, and I think this one is the 8th for the city.  I’ll update this post if anything more comes up.
