This event happens every year during the third week in May.  From the 13th to the 17th there will be classes in Valenciennes, Bedfordshire, Cantu, and Torchon/Bruges depending on demand. The cost of a course is 140 EUR. Lunch is 8.00 EUR/day, association membership 20.00 EUR.
On Sunday the 18th will be the formal Encontre; demonstrations, market. Exhibition will take place at the Salle de la Convivialité.
