The Itchen Valley Lacemakers meet once a month on the first Saturday from 10am to 4pm at St Denys Church Centre.  There are two Lace Days per year, the second one will be on October 3, 2015.  They have an active workshop program, a competition, and an AGM in November.  See http://tinyurl.com/mfffwpa for membership details.
