The Aragon Lacemakers were intimately involved with the  amazing “Lace in Place” installation in Bedford in 2012 http://tinyurl.com/7qownwa. Founded on January 1, 1977, the group holds regular monthly meetings with their AGM in February and a public lace day in November. Tickets: Visitors welcome after 12:00 noon. £3.00 for guests.
Anyone wishing to join the Aragon Lacemakers can do so after midday, dues are £10.00.
