The Norfolk Lacemakers were founded in 1977 and are still going strong. Meetings are held bi-monthly on Saturdays, 10:00 to 16:00. The January meeting is held on the 2nd Saturday of the month, May, July Sept and Nov on the 1st Saturday, at the City College, Ipswich Road, Norwich, Norfolk NR2 2LJ. Membership details are given at  http://tinyurl.com/lejs7tm. In 2012 they introduced a yearly 100 GBP award to assist members in textile-related research.
