Fees:  Check, traveler’s check or money order to GREAT LAKES LACE GROUP INC
$40.00/attendee.  Class fee $125 for 12 hours instruction.  Cancellations received prior to April 1st will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. No refunds after April 1, 2015 unless a paying substitute is found.
Meal fee $72.00 for Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday banquet.
