The Nottinghamshire Bobbin Lace Socieity was formed in 1975. It runs Pop-in sessions at the Sherwood Community Center in Nottingham usually once a month. Lace Days are held five times a eyar, January, March/April, June, September/October and November/December. There is usually a speaker and vendors. Membership is open to all ages, and members receive a newsletter four times a year.
