This appears to be an open house for the Aarschot Kantclub.  The phrase “Alle Kanten Uit” I think means something like “all over the place”.  Perhaps a reader can give a better suggestion?
The Kantclub meets once a month for a meeting/workshop, and also give regular lessons.

The Nottinghamshire Bobbin Lace Society was formed in 1975 to form a point of contact between local lacemakers, provide resources, promote exhibitions and lace gatherings and to promote a forum for lectures and visits of interest. The Society runs Pop-in sessions at Sherwood Community Centre in Nottingham usually once a month.
Lace Days are held five times a year, January, March/April, June, September/October and November/December. There is usually a Speaker and one or more stalls of various lace suppliers at each meeting.
Society membership is open to all ages. Members receive a newsletter four times a year.
Numerous private classes are offered.
