Palae of Podestà of Torcello, in Piazza Galuppi, Burano, Italy.
This was the site of the Burano Lace School from 1872 to 1970.
Hours: April 1 to Oct 31, 10:00 to 18:00
Admission:  5.00 EUR, 3.50 EUR for children 6-14, students 15-25, citizens over 65.
Free admission for Venetian citizens and residents, children under 5, disabled.

This exhibition was first shown at the 2013 Venice Art Biennale. The artist was inspired by the landscape of the ‘barene’, a characteristic squared-off area in the Venetian lagoon. Rosen worked with master lacemaker Sandra Mavaracchio to interpret these designs in lace.
