The Wessex Lacemakers group was formed in 1980 and come from Bristol in the north to Honiton in the South, Porlock in the West to Warminster in the east.  Their logo is in the shape of the Alfred Jewel. The group holds 4 to 5 meetings each year and an annual Supplier’s fair. The group has a newsletter, and membership is £10/year, 50 p for young lacemakers.
