The Italia Invita is basically a huge trade show in Parma, Italy. It was originally a specialized conference on embroidery and lace. It now has expanded to include patchwork, quilting, felting, knitting and crochet, weaving, straw work and other techniques. Thus there are a large number of exhibitors and many courses, workshops and ateliers. The only lace-related ones I could find are the ateliers:

Course on Aemilia Ars, Friday through Sunday, 10:30 to 13:30, 6 students per day.
Associazione Atelier Merletto di Orvieto  (30 EUR and 15 EUR for kit)
1st level disk – Friday through Sunday, 13:30 to15:30 and 16:00 to 18:00, 4 students per class.
