Difficult to find information on this event, but some articles have just shown up on the web. It attracted over 250 lacemakers representing 20 groups from 15 localities in Ciudad Real, Cuenca, and Toledo. There might be another event in July.
There is also an associated exhibition of work done at the Universidad Popular, which runs until May 29, 10:00 to 14:00 and 1600 to 19:00.
