This is part of the Festa Major in La Jonquera which runs from September 4-11, 2015. 102 year old La Jonquera lacemaker Margarita Duran, winner of the 8th “Best Lacemaker in Spain” contest is shown below. Not entirely sure of the nature of this contest, but the winner is extraordinary!
There is also a lacemaking contest associated with this Trobada.
