There are a few laces, lots 10-15, and lots of linens, some with lace inserts. See especially:
Lot 11 A handkerchief of Point de Gaze (note the term ‘Point de Gaze’ is not often used in Europe Point à l’aiguille is more common), and one of application on machine net.
Lot 12 A selecton of later 18th ad early 19th c laces.
Lot 15 Application flounce, 33 cm wide, in three pieces, one very long.
Lots 65-72 Linens with Point de Paris inserts.
Drouot is an organization of auction houses throughout France, including their main facility, the Hôtel Drouot in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. Established in 1852, Hôtel Drouot held a monopoly on French antiques auctions until legal reforms opened the way for international competition in 2000.
