I’m really guessing on this one and taking information from past events. This trobada has been associated with the Mostra Intercultural d’Alcanar, which is in its 6th version this year. The XIII Trobada de Puntaires d’Alcanar was well advertised in 2013, but I can’t find much in 2014. I’ll assume it is on since it is listed as an event on other sites.

The Mayford Lacemakers meet the second Monday of every month (except August), from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, at Trinity Methodist Church Hall. A small charge is made at each meeting, to which visitors are welcome. To join the group there is a subscription of £10; members pay reduced meeting fees. The yearly lace day has a speaker and suppliers.

Attendance at this event is generally greater than 350. In 2011 I found mention of an Escola Puntaires Cabrils, who, if they still exist, are probably organizing this event.
