Thirteen outstanding pieces of handmade lace from the Met’s collection will be featured as one of the Ratti Textile Center’s rotating exhibitions. More details can be seen in the press release below, which was issued on July 20th.
Established in 1995, the Antonio Ratti Textile Center consolidates most of the Met’s textile holdings (excepting those of the Costume Institute) in one of the most advanced textile storage and conservation facilities in the world.
