Material from the Österlens Museum in Skåne, Sweden has been lent for this exhibition. Lena Alebdo, the director of the Österlens museum and her daughter will be traveling to the exhibition and will give several talks around the Twin Cities area:

The Minnesota Lace Society members will be demonstrating at the ASI during the course of the exhibition. Dates are July 21st, Aug 18, Sept 22, Oct 27, Nov 10, Dec 8, Jan 12, noon to 3 PM.
Despite the ‘Nordic’ name, which would include lacemaking centers in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway, the exhibition primarily concentrates on the laces of southern Sweden in the Skåne area.
