The Palmetto Tatters are located in the South Carolina area. Their first meeting was held in January 2001, and the Tat Days have been held since 2003.   They meet the 3rd Saturday of each month.  The event also includes a competition with three prizes, Best in Show, Best in Theme, Most Creative.
